Shipping Policy

Please closely review our shipping policy described below and understand that purchasing any of our products constitutes agreeing with said policy. 

Please note that we ship all of our packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise discussed and paid for. 

At this time, the USPS continues to experience extreme delays and issues in shipping. We will do our utmost to ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), but please note that we have no control over what happens to your package once it is in the USPS system. If there are any substantial delays and you require assistance in contacting the USPS about your package, please email us or contact us via the form available here on our site so we can communicate and coordinate with you. However, once a package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for that package.

Please note that, if you purchase a presale order along with in-hand products, we will hold your in-hand products until the presale order is complete. If you want your in-hand products immediately, please place separate orders. 

We do not regularly offer insurance, but will communicate with you if your package has been insured. Often, we will determine if a product requires insurance based on the value of the product itself. We will cover any and all insurance we deem necessary. If you purchase a product and wish to request that your package be insured, please contact us via email or via this form with your order number and we will coordinate the purchase of additional insurance for your shipment.

If your item is LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED and YOUR PACKAGE IS INSURED, please contact us so that we may coordinate an insurance claim for your product. 

We have limited our shipping to THE US, CANADA, THE UK, AUSTRALIA, AND NON-EU COUNTRIES. We are absolutely no longer shipping to Germany, France, Austria, or Greece. If you have any questions regarding picking up one of our products, especially if we do not ship to you, please let us know. 

We are also willing to ship to a US-based "drop buddy" address for our international buyers. However, once your product arrives at the US-based address, we are no longer responsible for it. Please ensure that you TRUST the person you are shipping your product to and that you are sure that you will receive your product from them. We are not responsible for any products that your third-party partner fails to ship to you or any items that are lost or damaged in transit from these third-party partners. 

If you require an address update, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via the contact form on our website. We will also ask for address changes via our social media. If your item has already been shipped by us and is with the USPS, please ensure that you have mail forwarding set up. We will not intercept your mail and we are not responsible for recollecting any packages once they have been delivered. If your address is completely incorrect, then we will wait to see if the product is returned to us, then contact you about having it shipped out again. 

We will NOT do any address changes for anyone but the original buyer and we will NOT ship out trades/gifts for you.  Your product will be shipped to you or (in the case international buyers ONLY) to your third-party partner with confirmation that it is a third-party partner. After this, you are responsible for all trade/additional shipping. If we find out that you have had us ship an item to a trade partner rather than to the address of the buyer, we may bar you from future sales at our discretion.
