Please closely review our grading policy described below and understand that purchasing any of our products constitutes agreeing with said policy.
Enamel pins are handmade products and, as such, no product can be considered to be 100% perfect. Each product is inspected and graded by human beings, so mistakes may happen, but we do our best to be transparent about any possible flaws. Please keep in mind that no pin product will be absolutely perfect, though we endeavor to present you with the best quality product possible.
Furthermore, every pin we grade is graded based on the batch. Should pins be particularly flawed, we will likely pursue remakes or refunds from our manufacturers, but there is no guarantee that these remakes or refunds will be granted. We will be communicative and transparent about all discussions regarding remakes and/or refunds via our Instagram page.
Our grading system is as follows:
- Standard Grade: These pins are the absolute best quality of the product you are purchasing, based on the batch. Standard Grade pins may still have small marks that occur during the manufacturing process, which can range from small lines, polishing marks, and non-detracting marks. This is particularly common in pins with large areas of solid color, such as black or white. Typically, these marks are often only visible when inspecting the pin at closer than arms length, at a specific angle, or in specific lighting.
- Minor Flawed: These pins will have noticeable flaws, such as random specks/glitter/fibers/dust/etc.; air bubbles or pin holes; underfill/uneven enamel; small scratches; noticeable enamel warbling; missing or misaligned screen print (minor); or any other minor imperfections. These flaws are more noticable on the pin itself, but do not detract from the quality of the pin.
- Major Flawed: These pins will have more significant flaws that are immediately visible, including large scratches or dents in enamel; miscolored enamel; missing enamel; major instances of underfill or overfill; mistakes in effects; major missing or misaligned screenprint; any facial flaws; or other imperfections that are readily noticeable on the pin. Buyers are always welcome to ask for pictures of major flawed pins.
By purchasing any pin under its stated grade, you are accepting that you will receive a pin meeting the standards of that grade. If you are ever unsatisfied with your product, we will consider any and all refunds and replacements on a case by case basis. Any products you are unhappy with must be returned to us.
