Presale Policy

• In purchasing a presale product, you understand that you are investing in the production of this product for a discounted price. You understand that production may take anywhere from 2-12 months, depending on complexity and the speed of the manufacturer. Throughout production, updates will be provided via our IG page. You are also welcome to contact us for updates. Once the pins have arrived, you will receive one of the highest quality pins available in the batch and you will be shipped this pin before the any public sales. 

• Presale purchases are not refundable except in the most extreme of circumstances. We send all presale funds directly and immediately to our manufacturer for production, so any presale refunds ultimately come for our own pockets, which can and does damage our business. Should you ever request and receive a refund for a presale, you will be barred from participating in any future presales. 

• Should a presale be cancelled, we will issue refunds to all presale buyers as soon as possible. Should a presale be exceptionally delayed, we will offer buyers refund/rebuy options, if they so choose, for paypal protection.

• The time frame for payments if you purchase a presale spot will be made explicit prior to the presale and at the time of presale (for example, you may have 24 hours to make your payment). Repeated issues with chasing individuals for their payments (i.e. not paying within the allotted time) may result in said individual being barred from all future presales. Should extraneous circumstances come up, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we may find a resolution to the situation and ensure that production is not interrupted. 

• We reserve the right to bar anyone from purchasing our presale designs for any reason, at our discretion. 

Pre-Trading and Pre-selling Policy

• Please note that we understand and have taken part in pre-trading for pin products. However, understand that you do so at your own risk. We are in no way responsible for your trades, including the time taken to produce pins and the rare possibility that a pin ends up failing to be produced. We will never mail your products to your trade partner-- you are responsible for mailing your trades after your product is delivered to you. 

• Liminal Pins does NOT ALLOW for the pre-selling of any pins that you do not have in hand. If you are found to be selling pins before they are in hand, you will be banned from all sales with our shop.

Re-Selling Policy

• While we have no control over what you do with your pins once they are in your hands, we ask that you do not demand exorbitant prices for our pins. We want our pins to be accessible to anyone and everyone. We will not share any posts or stories on our IG that we feel are asking unreasonable resale prices for our pins. 

• If you are reselling pins of ours that are in-stock in our shop, we will note that the pin is in-stock if we share your story and/or post on Instagram.
