Each and every refund will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis.
We understand the passion that comes with collecting enamel pins and know that sometimes a product may not be what you were hoping for. With this in mind, we will consider a refund or exchange only after being contacted regarding your refund or exchange via email (liminalpins at gmail dot com) or via DM on instagram. Once we have been contacted, we will discuss your options with you regarding refunding or exchanging your product.
Please note that
- no longer wanting the product purchased is NOT a sufficient reason for requesting a refund. You are welcome to trade or sell any products you no longer wish to keep.
- Presale pins are not eligible for refunds, as the funds for presales immediately go to our manufacturers for production.
Refunds/Exchanges are only available to you for 7 days after receiving your product, after which point you will no longer be eligible to request a refund/exchange.
If we approve your refund/exchange, we will discuss with you the process of returning the product to us and receiving a new product, which will generally include additional payment or deductions from your refund to cover shipping and packaging costs.
Upon receiving your product(s) in the mail, please conduct a close inspection of the product(s) to ensure that they are not defective, damaged, or the wrong product(s). If your product(s) are any of these things, please contact us immediately.
